Thanks so much to all the families who filled out our Family Satisfaction Survey back in May. We've put together a two-page report for you with data trends from the last three years and the areas we're aiming to improve. We really value the role families play in helping us continually enhance our services and provide better outcomes for the children we educate and care for. Please find it attached.

Positive results

Responses overall showed satisfaction with the quality of services and interactions. All Quality Areas showed strong results with most questions receiving a high satisfaction rating from more than 70% of respondents.

Here are some examples of individual feedback that shows the difference that services make:

·         My child has had a wonderful experience in his 18 months of attending. His been challenged, supported, nurtured and encouraged to step outside his comfort zone. Well done educators

·         It’s a lovely community of caring and experienced educators who help provide a transition between childcare and school within the play-based approach. The program suited our child’s level of development perfectly, challenged him and kept him engaged.

·         Very happy overall with how my children are cared for. I feel that the educators know my children very well and they feel so comfortable with their educators and peers.

·         Engages with the kids and seem to focus on what each individual enjoys doing. Very inclusive and encouraging of building relationships amongst peers.

Room for improvement

We value the feedback we have received, and it has helped us identify priorities for review and improvement over the next year. The focus for our Leadership Team in 2025-26 will be on the following two areas:

·         Educators encourage me to chat about my child at drop off and pick up.

·         I have seen a positive change in my child’s ability to manage their behaviour and emotions.

If you would like to talk to us about any of the results or give feedback on what we could do better (or what we do well), please contact the Nominated Supervisor of the service your child attends or the General Manager on (03) 5881 2394.
