Deniliquin Children’s Centre is a not for profit Incorporated Association. As we have grown considerably over the past few years, we need to change organisation type to a not for profit Company.
The service we provide to the community will not change.
The Management Committee have developed a new Constitution (please see attached). We are seeking submissions about this constitution. Please make your submission via email to admin@denichildrenscentre.com.au by Friday 9th April, 2021.
These submissions will be considered at the next meeting of the Management Committee in April.
